Global Prime FX enables clients to open accounts and deposit funds in the following 6 base currencies:
Zero fee funding methods
Global Prime FX does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawal. However, please note that payment to and from international banks may incur a transfer fee which are independent of Global Prime FX. Global Prime FX does not take responsibility for such fees.
Client Money Segregation
Global Prime FX deposits all client funds into segregated Client Trust Accounts with Westpac. Westpac is Australia’s first bank and oldest company, one of four major banking organisations in Australia. They provide a broad range of consumer, business and institutional banking.
Third Party Payments
Global Prime FX does not accept payments from third parties. Please ensure all deposits into your Global Prime FX trading account come from a bank account in the same name. Payments from a joint bank account will be accepted if the account holder is one of the parties on the bank account.
To avoid any delay, please ensure you include your reference number as this helps us match your funds. To find your reference number please refer to your initial funding instruction email or log into Client Portal > Fund via bank wire.
Withdrawal request can be done from inside the Client Portal .
If this is your first time making a withdrawal please read the following:
- Withdrawal request submitted before 11:00 AEDT ( 00:00 GMT) will be processed the same day. Any request after will be processed the next business day.
- Bank withdrawal - This can only be returned to a bank account in the same name as your Global Prime FX trading account
- Credit card withdrawal - Only the initial deposit amount can be returned to the credit card. Amounts above this must be returned via bank wire.
